What Will you do?

• Act as Subject Matter Expert for application operations
• Handle incidents and manage billing cycle activities
• Execute and monitor change requests and support activities
• Apply expertise in Kenan billing systems
• Work flexibly across shifts, including night shifts
• Utilise Unix, SQL, PL/SQL for operational tasks
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain SLA and KPI standards
• Provide technical solutions to operational challenges

Who you are?

• Experienced professional with 5+ years in telecom operations
• Proficient in Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle SQL, and PL/SQL
• Knowledgeable in Kenan billing systems and L2 operations
• Familiar with Python and Unix-based environments
• Solution-oriented with clear communication and open-minded approach
• Able to think critically and apply judgement in operational scenarios
