Role Overview

We are hiring for a client seeking an experienced BigID Consultant (SME) with strong DevOps and cloud engineering expertise to support enterprise-scale data discovery, privacy, and protection initiatives. The role will play a critical part in onboarding BigID to SaaS, scaling structured data scanning, and ensuring secure, zero-downtime operations in a regulated environment.

Required Technical Skill Set

Primary Skills

• BigID Azure SaaS onboarding
• DevOps methodologies & practices

Secondary / Supporting Skills

• Python scripting and automation

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and engineer enterprise applications/services with a strong focus on stability, security, and scalability
• Onboard BigID Azure product to SaaS and support structured data scanning expansion from 4% to 30%
• Work closely with vendors and internal squads to implement infrastructure based on findings and product packages
• Maintain BAU operations until full SaaS migration with zero outages and zero vulnerabilities
• Track and manage support tickets between vendors and internal stakeholders
• Apply DevOps best practices to reduce manual effort and improve developer productivity
• Develop scripts and automation solutions using Python
• Participate in rapid prototyping of tools and emerging technologies
• Onboard and integrate new tools into the customer ecosystem to support evolving business needs
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews , and architectural discussions
• Ensure strong collaboration and knowledge sharing with global teams
