Job Overview

The Applications Development Intermediate Programmer Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Responsibilities:

• 6-8 years of Experience in Project management, Requirement gathering, Daily Scrum, Sprint Reviews and Sprint Planning
  Worked on client facing key role from project initiation till Post-production support using Agile Methodology
  Experience working e2e in project delivery and working with Senior Managment on Steer CO updates
  Candidate who has knowledge of Project Financials and also work with TISO/BISO/Risk/Compliance team on any Audit related work 
  Good understanding on data file formats and work experience with Big Data technologies 
  Public cloud experience would be good to have 
  Strong data analysis skills and the ability to slice and dice the data as needed for business reporting
  Experience working in an agile environment with a fast paced changing requirements.
  Excellent planning and organizational skills
  Strong Communication skills
  Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications
  Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
  Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods
  Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
