ValueLabs is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professionals to join our team in Proposal Writing & Bid Management for IT Services.

Experience Level: 2-10 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office

• Candidate should have min. 2+ years of experience in proposal writing / Bid management for IT Services
• Having excellent communication skills is a MUST
• Should be excellent with usage of MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel)
• Should be flexible and willing to stretch working hours
• Should have fair understanding of current market affairs and IT industry (Technology & IT services)
• Should have understanding around software Development Life Cycle
• Should be a passionate learner and build skill set on upcoming technologies
• Excellent time management skills as well as the ability to multitask
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to manage key stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to be flexible, work well under unexpected situations and meet aggressive deadlines
• Excellent academic records
• Should have positive attitude of putting diligent effort as and when required

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage RFX (RFP, RFI, RFQ) and Vendor Registration requests end-to-end
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for proposal development
• Prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, and documents
• Ensure timely submission and compliance with client requirements
