Job Description

Job Title: Bid Manager

Job Location: Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad

Experience: 9-15 years


We at Movate Technologies, looking for Presales Managers who have 7+ years of pre-sales experience in Digital Engineering services (Application development, Support/Maintenance) or Infrastructure.


R&R:

  • End to End pursuit management
  • Ownership and accountability for end-to-end bid management of deals
  • Manage and coordinate stakeholder relationships the Sales, Delivery, IT, finance and legal throughout the bid cycle
  • Ability to design and develop Solutions along with delivery and sales SPOC inputs
  • Ability to articulate executive summary, win themes as part of the proposal
  • Strong knowledge on pricing models and bench marking
  • Work along with Sales and Delivery teams on RFP/RFQs requirements for proposal content by analyzing the bid details, identify win themes, solutioning and associated risks for the project.


SKILLS AND EXP :

The candidate should have previously worked with operational experience in managing Application support & development projects

Demonstrable experience of working on large and complex bids as a Bid Manager with effective co-ordination with Solutioning team (Delivery), sales lead and finance team for commercial modelling.

Strong organizational, facilitation and project management skills

Experience, capability in interfacing Sales team spread across global locations

Determined and enthusiastic in bringing pursuits to a successful closure

Excellent interpersonal skills

Understanding of Shipleys Methodologies in writing successful /winning proposal is a plus

Shipleys certification is a plus
