Job Description
- 10 to 15 years of experience in delivery mgmt. program management in the Banking and Fiancé Space. Managed and delivery Banking and Fiancé platform implementation projects.
- Managed team sizes of 50 and above
- Managed large Insurance delivery projects, insurance platform projects.
- Have strong end-to-end Insurance domain experience.
- Driven P&L for large Insurance portfolios.
- Management customer/stakeholder management reviews in QBRs
- Team management, Stakeholder mgmt, customer management
- Done Presales activities for insurance customers.
- Worked in an onsite/offshore delivery model.
- An effective communicator with honed relationship management, analytical, coordination, organizational abilities, People Management, Business Awareness /Development, Stakeholder Management, Strategic thinking, Customer service, Vendor Management, Problem Solving & Interpersonal abilities.
- Sound exposure of Project Management Tools & Processes. Sound knowledge of CMMI Quality Procedures/Agile
- Ability to converse on technologies related to Insurance industry.
