Job Summary

We are hiring Bench Sales Recruiters to market IT consultants for C2C contract roles, apply to vendor requirements, and drive daily submissions and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

* Market bench consultants only on C2C contract roles

* Apply to contract requirements on job portals and vendor career portals

* Send daily marketing and follow-up emails to vendors

* Track submissions, responses, and interview status

* Coordinate with consultants for availability and interview readiness

* Maintain daily activity and submission trackers

Requirements:

* 0 to 2 years of experience in bench sales or IT staffing

* Basic understanding of US IT contracting and C2C model

* Strong email communication and follow-up skills

* Ability to work with daily targets and reporting

* Willingness to work in a fast-paced sales environment
