Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Bench Sales Recruiter. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and placing IT consultants on projects, developing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, and successfully marketing qualified consultants on the bench. The role requires coordination with relevant stakeholders to understand client needs and propose matching candidates effectively. Other responsibilities include maintaining records, following up on placement status, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bench sales expertise including experience in marketing IT consultants, ensuring placements, and understanding client requirements
  • Strong skills in recruitment, candidate sourcing, and building client relationships effectively
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in a professional setting
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently
  • Proficiency in using staffing and recruitment databases, tools, and software
  • Familiarity with visa and work authorization processes in IT consulting
  • Relevant experience in the recruitment or IT staffing industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred
