Bench Sales Recruiter (US Staffing) | NilTech

NilTech is seeking a motivated and experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants to clients, staffing partners, and implementation vendors across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, Green Card, and US Citizens) to prospective clients and vendor partners
• Source and secure requirements from Tier-1 vendors, prime vendors, and direct clients
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including resume submissions, interview coordination, and offer closures
• Negotiate pay rates and manage contract terms for C2C, W2, and contract-to-hire engagements
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular pipeline updates to management
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with vendors and implementation partners

Required Qualifications:

• 13 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales
• Strong understanding of US visa categories and employment tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Proficiency with job portals such as Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
