As part of our expansion in India, we are building a strong Bench Sales team to support our US IT staffing operations.

Job Description

We are looking for Bench Sales Recruiters with 36 years of experience in US IT Staffing / Bench Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

* Market bench consultants across various technologies

* Work with Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients

* Negotiate pay rates and close placement deals

* Maintain strong vendor relationships

* Track submissions, interviews, and placements

* Handle H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC consultants

Qualifications

36 years of proven experience in US IT Bench Sales

Strong experience marketing H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC consultants

Excellent vendor network & negotiation skills

Proven track record of successful closures

Strong communication & coordination skills

Immediate joiners preferred
