Key Responsibilities

• Represent and promote the Forest Essentials brand in-store.
• Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
• Provide personalized skincare and wellness consultations.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store performance.
• Follow all store SOPs and operational guidelines.
• Assist the Store In-Charge in daily store operations.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and brand updates.
• Maintain impeccable personal grooming and professionalism at all times.

Experience

• 02 years of experience in customer service or retail, preferably in beauty or luxury segments.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
