- Desired technical and interpersonal skills include, but are not limited to:1.BE with hands on experience in Cisco technologies2.CCNA and/or CCNP Routing & Switching certifications (preferred)3.Strong communication skills4.Very Good understanding on Cisco Architectures (EN/Sec/SP) and Solutions5.Desire and ability to learn new technology and solutions.Specialized experience requirements:-6+ Years of experience on any one EN/Sec/SP ArchitectureUnderstanding and hands on experience preferred in the detailed sub technologies in that ArchitectureAbility to understand and capture technical as well as business requirementsSelf-starter with excellent Presentation skills and consultative skillsStrong Analytical, Communication both written and verbal – Business
