Zeno is seeking a Battery Technician to support the assembly, testing, and maintenance of lithium-ion battery packs for electric motorcycles.
Location: Bengaluru Work from Office (5 days a week)

The Role
Zeno is seeking a Battery Technician / Intern to support the assembly, testing, and maintenance of lithium-ion battery packs for electric motorcycles. This role is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in EV battery systems and learn from senior engineers in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment.
What Youll Do
- Conduct BMS firmware testing and process field data analysis.
- Assist in the assembly and disassembly of battery modules and packs.
- Conduct basic electrical and mechanical testing of battery components.
- Support battery validation and testing activities, including charge/discharge cycles and thermal monitoring.
- Maintain accurate records of tests, measurements, and observations.
- Assist in troubleshooting field and lab battery issues under guidance.
- Follow safety protocols & best practices for handling high-voltage battery systems.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to implement improvements in battery handling and testing procedures.
- Support inventory and management of battery components and tools.
What You Bring
- Diploma, degree, or ongoing studies in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Interest in electric vehicles and battery technologies.
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits, measurements, and safety protocols.
- Hands-on mindset with ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
