Compensation: As per company norms (Up to 9 LPA depending on grade)


About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join our Retail Assets Sales team to drive business growth across Personal Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Used Car Loans (UCL) through channel partners and dealer networks.


The ideal candidate should have strong experience in channel sales, DSA management, and retail asset product sales within the Banking/NBFC industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales for Personal Loans / LAP / Used Car Loans through channel partners, DSAs, and dealer networks
  • Develop and manage strong partner relationships
  • Achieve monthly sourcing and disbursement targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and partner networks
  • Ensure quality sourcing and compliance with company credit policies
  • Monitor pipeline, conversions, and sales performance
  • Provide regular sales MIS and market feedback


Eligibility Criteria

  • 310 years of experience in Retail Asset Sales (PL / LAP / Auto Loans)
  • Experience in Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services industry
  • Strong network with DSAs, connectors, or dealers
  • Good knowledge of local market
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
