What would you do? Carry out month-end close procedures including preparation and/or review of account reconciliations, posting of monthly general journal entries, analyzing Trial balance, responsibility report and preparing variance comments for management Create and issue property invoicing & deliverables, work with properties for invoicing questions Code and make entries for monthly working capital package and reconcile intercompany account with Central HQ. Send monthly IFM working capital package and monthly working capital adjustment package Assist with accounts receivable process including A/R analysis and collection, A/R aging review, and correspondence regarding customer balances. Prepare month/quarter-end reporting for HGS & HWRPS entities. Assist with internal and external audits Maintain the property listing, agreements, and other important files for the regional office; upload/download files to the Accenture WRO site. Assist the supervisor and controllers with projects as needed Work PST
What are we looking for? Perform numerical and financial calculations Analyze and interpret various types of data in order to draw conclusions and solve problems Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency utilizing various accounting software and a 10 key calculator General knowledge and application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles Compose business letters, expositions, summaries, and reports, using proper format, punctuation, grammar, diction and style Exchange ideas, information, and opinions with others to formulate and/or arrive jointly at decisions, conclusions, or solutions
Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
