Shift: Night Shift (9:30 PM IST 6:30 AM IST)

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Representative who will be responsible for reviewing job files, photos, and documents related to property preservation work. The primary focus of this role is to ensure that submitted photos and documentation meet company quality standards before they are finalized.

This role is primarily a back-office review position, requiring strong attention to detail when checking images and documents for completeness and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Review property preservation job files to ensure all required photos and documents are submitted
• Check before, during, and after photos to confirm that work has been properly documented
• Verify that images are clear, complete, and meet company guidelines
• Identify missing photos, incorrect documentation, or incomplete job details
• Ensure job files follow internal quality standards and documentation requirements
• Flag errors or discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams or vendors for corrections
• Maintain accurate records of reviewed files and quality findings

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in back office operations, document review, quality checking, or similar roles (BPO/KPO)
• Strong attention to detail, especially when reviewing photos and documentation
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with digital files
• Ability to follow instructions and quality guidelines consistently
• Own laptop is required
• Knowledge of property preservation or field service documentation is a plus but not required
• Willingness to work on a night shift schedule
