About the Role

We are looking for 6 months experienced Backoffice Executives to join our Organization. If you have strong communication skills and prior back office experience, this role offers a great opportunity to grow your career.

What Were Looking For

• Strong communication skills
• Prior experience in a Backoffice process (minimum 6 months)
• Qualification: HSC / Graduate
• Comfortable working in night shifts

Compensation

• Upto CTC: 3.50 LPA
• Performance Linked Incentives (PLI): Up to 18,000

Work Details

• 24/7 rotational shifts
• Majorly US shifts (mostly night shifts)
• Office-based role in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
• Cab service available as per the zone policy

Key Selection Criteria

• Excellent communication abilities
• Strong backoffice exposure
• Flexibility to work night shifts
