Azure Infrastructure Specialist.

Position : Senior Infrastructure & Azure Specialist

Location : Pune (Hybrid / Remote)

Experience : 8-12 Years 

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Infrastructure & Azure Specialist to support a high-priority project aimed at improving platform resilience and performance under heavy traffic loads. The role involves diagnosing, optimizing, and implementing infrastructure improvements to prevent resource exhaustion and service downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement WAF solutions in front of load balancers with rate limiting.
• Optimize infrastructure performance by increasing IOPS, memory, and CPU where required.
• Configure and manage auto-scaling capabilities.
• Perform IIS tuning for optimal performance.
• Enhance load balancing strategies and health checks.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to implement improvements and resolve performance bottlenecks.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven expertise in infrastructure architecture and network administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and configurations.
• Advanced skills in IIS administration and tuning.
• Experience with load balancing and WAF configuration, including rate limiting.
• Strong troubleshooting skills under high-pressure, high-priority scenarios.
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineering teams.
• Advanced skills/experience with designing and implementing load balancing and WAF specifically using Azure services. 
• Proven expertise in infrastructure architecture and network administration, that should be in Azure. 

Other Details:

• Candidate will work alongside the client’s engineering team.
• Flexible working hours with required overlap for collaboration till 10.30 PM IST.
