Stipend During Internship: 15000/- per month

Job Description:

AnAmazon Connect InternatAmazon Web Services (AWS)typicallyworks within a technical or consulting team to design, build, and optimize cloud-based contact center solutions. These internships are generally 12 weeks long and involve high-impact, real-world projects that directly affect global customers

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Configuration:Assist in setting upAmazon Connectcontact flows, queues, routing profiles, and user management systems.
• AWS Integration:Work on integrating Amazon Connect with other AWS services such asAWS Lambda, Amazon Lex (for AI chatbots), and Amazon S3 for data storage.
• Development & Scripting:Develop custom logic and automated workflows using programming languages likePythonorJava.
• Monitoring & Support:Help design proactive monitoring dashboards (e.g.,Amazon CloudWatch) and troubleshoot production incidents.
• Documentation:Create technical documentation and user guides for new features or deployments.

Required Skills:

• Programming Proficiency:Familiarity with languages like Python, Java, or C#.
• Cloud Fundamentals:A basic understanding of cloud computing andAWS fundamentals.
• Communication:Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with senior engineers and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Candidates who have completed a bachelors degree or above in computer science, IT, or a related field.

Strong interest in AWS.
