8-12 years of relevant experience in process training.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to support process training initiatives and AOM delivery.

Proficient in managing both Chat and Voice customer support functions

Conduct training needs assessments by analysing performance data, process gaps, compliance requirements, and operational priorities.

Facilitate process training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for new hires and experienced staff to accelerate proficiency.

Support the Operations Manager in delivering consistent service outcomes across financial operations.

Coordinate and assist in monitoring process execution, adherence to SLAs/quality standards, and operational KPIs.

Build strong relationships with business leaders, subject matter experts, and learners to ensure alignment of training with operational goals.
