Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategicCreative Content Leaderto drive high-impact storytelling, brand positioning, and communication strategies. The role will lead the development of compelling content across media platforms, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and strengthening brand visibility across stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience instrategic communications, campaign development, content leadership, and media engagement, with the ability to translate complex initiatives into powerful narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Content Leadership

• Lead the development and execution ofintegrated content strategiesacross digital, print, video, and media platforms.
• Shape theorganisations narrative and brand voiceacross all communication channels.
• Develop high-impact storytelling to supportinvestment promotion, policy communication, and stakeholder engagement.

Campaign & Creative Direction

• Conceptualise and overseecreative campaigns, brand films, advertisements, and promotional content.
• Lead ideation and creative direction formedia campaigns, events, and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity, messaging, and visual storytelling.

Media & Communication Management

• Work closely with media teams to developpress releases, articles, speeches, thought leadership content, and digital narratives.
• Strengthen relationships withmedia houses, creative agencies, and communication partners.
• Provide communication support forleadership engagements, policy announcements, and major events.

Digital & Content Innovation

• Drive innovative use ofdigital platforms, social media, and multimedia storytelling.
• Leverage emerging content formats includingvideo storytelling, podcasts, and interactive media.
• Monitor content performance and refine strategies based on insights and analytics.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor acreative team including writers, designers, videographers, and digital specialists.
• Manage external creative agencies and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.

Key Qualifications

• Masters degree inCommunications, Journalism, Media Studies, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experiencein media, communications, content strategy, advertising, or creative leadership roles.
• Proven experience incampaign development, strategic communications, and brand storytelling.
• Strong understanding ofmedia relations, digital platforms, and content marketing strategies.
• Experience working withgovernment, public sector, large institutions, or corporate communicationswill be an added advantage.
