Write up requirements (user stories), support setting up user interviews, analysis documents, prepare for workshops, help define and record business process.
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and document user requests for further analysis by the team.
Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal parties to help analyse information needs and functional requirements.
Develop analytical skills required to gain a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into applicable operational requirements.
Help ensure that technology build is completed to specifications, and perform basic user acceptance testing
