Job Role : AVEVA MES

Mode of Hire : Contract to Hire

Location : Pan India (Hybrid 3 days WFO)

Experience Required : 4+ Years

NP : 0 to 15 Days

About The Role :

Leads discussions coordination with customers to understand business requirements and document functional and technical specifications

Participate in the design and architecture of enhancement of Manufacturing Execution System MES and system integration solutions projects

Must have familiarity with Production Quality Inventory Performance Management Data Management Reporting and Enterprise Integration ERP PLM Plant Integration

Hands-on experience with development deployment troubleshooting and support related to MES Manufacturing Execution System MES which includes reviewing codes and Bug Fixing

Assist Application Engineers with site specific difficulties during new site commissioning as well as system upgrades and expansions

Research and documentation of technical problems and solutions using our Knowledge Base

Qualifications :

Engineering of equivalent degree

4 years of experience in digital manufacturing solutions

Proficient in MS SQL Server including TSQL stored procedures and performance tuning

Positive attitude enthusiastic self-motivated and customer focused

People person and team player enjoying the cross functional interaction required for this position

Quick learner with an inquiring mind

Experience in JavaScript and frontend development

Strong written and oral communications skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment

Understanding of manufacturing processes production workflows and shop floor integration

Familiarity with OPC PLC communication and industrial data protocols is a plus

Ability to work with people with a wide range of technical backgrounds including consultants senior professional IT engineers and personnel account managers

Experience or exposure to MES systems eg Aveva Wonderware Rockwell FT Siemens Opcenter etc having AVEVA MES technical stack experience is a plus

Ability to occasionally travel to various customer sites in the region and worldwide

Understand key manufacturing processes ISA88ISA95 standards

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of ISA95 21 CFR Part 11 or GMP compliance

Experience with reporting tools dashboards or historian systems

Familiarity with Agile methodologies
