AVEVA OSISOFT PI Engineer- Location Pune/Bengaluru only

Desired Skills and Experience:

• AVEVA PI System Installation, Configuration, Upgrade, migration and Integration
• Worked on PI Asset Framework and event frames extensively Hands on
• Good knowledge and Experience over the OSIsoft PI-Historian (ProcessBook, DataLink, PI PI Interface, PI ACE, Rt Reports and Alarms for Batch and process industries)
• Install and configure PI OPC/RDBMS/UFL Interfaces with failover, Configure PI buffer Subsystem.
• PI Vision Servers administration, PI Web API Administration and implementation, PI Datalink, PI ProcessBook, PI Vision page development, support, and administration Compliance Activities
• OSIsoft PI Tag creation/update/improvements or troubleshooting in alignment with customers
• Good to have working knowledge of MS SQL Server and/or Oracle/Azure/AWS
• Good Exposure to customizing applications using PI SDK, PI AF SDK, Visual Studio .NET, Angular and SQL Valuable
• Incident management, Problem management, Change management, Service request fulfilment, Periodic review activities
• Good Have: Pharma validation process and documentation (GMP / FDA) Valuable

Main activities with start by complementing and supporting to client:

• Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
• Excellent understanding of the AVEVA PI system architecture
• Logical mind with keen analytical skills and ability to work effectively across team boundaries.
• Will interact and support with the global/site team and different stakeholders to establish, maintain and improve interfaces from local to global AVEVA components to ensure data flow and visualization.
• Effective communication and presentation skills to interact with client.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes
• Knowledge of L2 and L3 support for Aveva OSI PI
• IT support tool experience like ServiceNow, Jira etc.
• Experience in troubleshooting & analytical skills
• Effective communication skills (Verbal/written)
• Experience in working with onsite-offshore model.
