Hyderabad will serve as an extension of our Global Centre of Excellence for our Avaloq practice, delivering excellent services to our clients!

We are expanding our Avaloq development team in the country and hiring multiple Avaloq developers.

If you have 4-10 years of experience in Avaloq development, including at least two modules such as STEX, Credit, and Payment, and strong hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL and Linux, you are our next team member!

We don't want to overwhelm with too much terminology, nor do we need to include all the nice-to-have details in the traditional job description that we all read in the industry!

We want to make a difference and break the old traditional rules of hiring!

Why?

During the technical interview, within 10-15 minutes of the 1-hour discussion, our Global Head of Avaloq Development CoE will decide whether the remaining talks will go in your favour and whether you are likely to be hired.

The next discussion will be with our CTO and Co-Founder to learn more about you, your career aspirations, and, of course, the most important for all of us, the compensation for the role! You don't need to worry about the compensation too much. It will be very hard for you to say 'NO' to me during the final compensation discussion when I share your overall compensation!
