Job Description
| · Experience in Hardwar design – Power Electronics, Analog and digital design. · Exp in Automotive domain ECU development · Experience in HW Schematic,PCB, BOM etc · Experience in understanding system requirements, defining system architecture and design analysis mostly in hardware · Knowledge of different types of system failure and methods to protect or detect it. o Qualitative and Quantative FMEA/FTA , WCA, FMEDA (Calculations of FIT rate, diagnostic coverage), RCA, WCA o Calculation of cutsets, probability of failure occurance etc o P-diagram, boudary diagram, Interface diagram, o Understanding of system requirement Stress Analysis and component derating calculation ,Worst case Circuit Analysis o Reliability engineering (MTBF, MTTF predictions etc) o Calculation of cutsets, probability of failure occurance etc · Experience in interaction with PCB design team, Prototype building team, Validation team · Experience in product certification testing |
| Experience in End of Life (Obsolescence management) Bi-directional tracebility with design, develepoment, testing artifacts Change request handling Req, design modeling language like SysML, UML etc Requirement management |
