Automation Test Lead

Job Description

As the Test lead within a dedicated product squad, you take full ownership of quality of new tools & testing features that come in. You design, execute, and automate functional, integration, and nonfunctional tests, ensuring each deliverable meets our Definition of Done and aligns with all Quality Management System (QMS) requirements before reaching customers. By collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and engineers, you integrate quality practices throughout the lifecyclefrom backlog refinement all the way through final release.

Required Skills & Experience

Education: Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline

(Masters preferred)

Experience: 8+ years in software or quality engineering with deep expertise in

automated and integration testing for distributed systems

Playwright & selenium for Automation Tools

Proven success leading quality efforts within Agile/Scrum squads

Expert knowledge of CI/CD, version control, and DevOps tooling

Experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)

Handson practice in TDD and BDD

Demonstrated ability to define and present quality metrics to leadership

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

As long as its regulated environment, they do not need healthcare/medical device

Needs to understand how regulated industry works

Demonstrated experience working within a regulated QMS (e.g., ISO 13485,

FDA 21 CFR Part 820) and maintaining verification & validation documentation
