Note: This role requires candidates currently based in Tamil Nadu due to office coordination, client interactions, or time-zone alignment.

We are looking for an experiencedAutomation Test Engineer to design, develop, and execute automated and manual testing strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery. The role requires strong expertise in automation tools, SQL, Agile processes, and close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

• Design, develop, and maintainautomated regression test scripts using tools such asSelenium, Cucumber, Playwright , or similar frameworks
• Analyze and understandclient requirements documented asJira user stories
• Translate business requirements intotest plans, test scenarios, and test cases to ensure complete test coverage
• Performregression testing through automated tools on a periodic/quarterly basis
• Validate and testrelational database data , ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Execute and supportUser Acceptance Testing (UAT) with internal and external stakeholders
• Analyze automation test results, identify defects, and document issues clearly
• Identify gaps and suggest improvements intesting processes, tools, templates, and methodologies
• Conductsystem and performance testing as required
• Actively participate inAgile ceremonies including stand-ups, grooming, sprint planning, and demos
• Build strongproduct and domain knowledge to improve test effectiveness
• Ensure early defect detection, with a focus on identifyingmaximum defects in lower environments

• Strong experience inautomation testing implementation
• Hands-on experience withSelenium / Cucumber / Playwright or equivalent tools
• SQL writing skills for data validation (mandatory)
• Solid understanding ofrelational databases
• API testing knowledge (mandatory familiarity)
• Experience working in anAgile Development environment
• Ability to critically analyze requirements andquestion ambiguities proactively
• Experience usingJira for requirement tracking and defect management
