Experience: 24 Years

Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Instrumentation / EEE / E&I / Mechatronics or related field

Location: Nelamangala, Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities:

Verification of P&ID drawings

Preparation of Bill of Materials (BOM)

Development of FDS & SDS documents

IO list preparation

PLC panel wiring verification & loop checking

PLC Programming using Step-7 & TIA Portal

SCADA development using Zenon & WinCC

DCS development using PCS7 (Version 9.0 & above)

Execution of FAT & SAT

Site commissioning & support

Ideal Candidate:

Hands-on experience in Siemens Automation (PCS7 mandatory)

Exposure to Pharma/Biotech automation projects preferred

Strong documentation & troubleshooting skills

Good communication skills
