Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Automation Test Engineer with strong experience in Java and Selenium to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building automation frameworks and working in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver.
• Develop and enhance test automation frameworks (Hybrid / Data-Driven / POM).
• Execute automated test suites and analyze test results.
• Identify, report, and track defects using defect management tools.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements.
• Perform regression, smoke, functional, and integration testing.
• Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure code quality and follow best practices in automation development.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong programming knowledge in Java
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver
• Experience in TestNG / JUnit
• Knowledge of Maven / Gradle build tools
• Experience with Git or any version control system
• Strong understanding of OOPS concepts
• Experience in API testing (Postman / RestAssured is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of SQL

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience in BDD framework (Cucumber)
• Knowledge of Jenkins CI/CD
• Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodology
• Experience in performance testing tools
