• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) / Semi-Qualified CA / CA Dropout
• Location: Mumbai
• CTC: Based on merit and experience

• Audit Management: Ensure timely completion of books of accounts for audit and prepare comprehensive Audit Reports.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare Financial Statements, including Cash Flow statements, ensuring compliance with Ind-AS .
• Compliance: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Companies Act, Income Tax provisions, and various tax compliances (TDS, GST, PT, PF, etc.).
• Review: Perform regular reviews of books of accounts and execute necessary reconciliations.
• Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 34 junior staff/articles to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Prior experience or strong interest in Statutory Audit .
• Sound technical knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS) and Tax laws.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
