Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Astrologer based in Coimbatore. We are looking for a technically oriented and research-driven Astrologer who can work closely with our product, design, and engineering teams to build powerful astrology features inside our mobile applications.

This is not a content-only role. You will help translate authentic Vedic astrology principles into structured logic that developers can implement inside the app.

• Design and document astrology calculation logic (dashas, transits, yogas, nakshatras, divisional charts, etc.)
• Convert classical principles into structured rule systems
• Define interpretation layers for beginner and advanced users
• Validate algorithm outputs for accuracy

• Work closely with Android, iOS, and backend developers
• Help define feature flows (e.g., daily predictions, compatibility, remedies, strength scoring)
• Review implemented logic and ensure astrological correctness
• Support testing and validation of horoscope outputs

• Study classical texts and modern applications
• Build new astrology modules (AI search, predictive tools, compatibility scoring models, etc.)
• Help design astrology-driven personalization features

• Create structured interpretation templates
• Ensure tone matches brand voice (Align27 = simple & practical, Cosmic Insights = deep & advanced)
• Develop remedy frameworks and timing guidance systems

• Strong foundation in Vedic Astrology (minimum 5+ years practice preferred)
• Deep understanding of:
• Nakshatras
• Dashas (especially Vimshottari)
• Transits
• Yogas
• Divisional charts
• Ability to explain astrology logic clearly to non-astrologers
• Structured thinking and documentation skills
• Comfort working with tech teams

• Experience building astrology software or working with developers
• Familiarity with astrology APIs or calculation engines
• Understanding of user experience in mobile apps
• English fluency (ability to write clean, structured interpretations)
• Interest in AI-assisted astrology tools
