Job Description

Job Title: Associate-Client Success Partner

This role is for the Business Unit of ValueMomentum - WhiteCoats .

Years of Experience : 1 to 3 Years.

Location : Hyderabad.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary SPOC for assigned hospital/clinic clients.
  • Coordinate delivery of digital marketing services (website, SEO, social media, ads, content).
  • Manage client communication, expectations, timelines, and updates.
  • Track deliverables with internal teams (design, SEO, ads, development, content).
  • Conduct onboarding calls and manage digital setup (GMB, social pages, website inputs, etc.).
  • Share weekly/monthly reports and explain key performance insights.
  • Drive renewals by maintaining account health and initiating discussions on time

What Were Looking For

  • BBA/MBA graduate (preferred)
  • Strong communication & relationship-building skills
  • Understanding of digital marketing workflows (SEO, social media, ads, websites)
  • Good coordination, problem-solving & multitasking ability
  • Proficiency in Excel, PPT & CRM tools
  • Proactive, organised, and client-focused
