Role: AVP/CM Surveillance/Regulatory Operations

 •       Location: Mumbai - BKC

What you will be doing - 


Successfully managing IT Surveillance/Regulatory Operations function. 

 


You will be responsible for - 



•Review of Incidents with Business Teams

•Reduction in Operations Costs Y-O-Y

•Renewal of Contracts in timely manner and ensure zero impact to operations

•Ensure zero error operations

•Review of Operational Processes at regular intervals and drive effeciencies wrt Reduced TAT, Improve resolution and achieve 100% Process score

•100% coverage of all Monitoring and Alerts parameters wrt Application Process State and Capacity

•Ensure proper monitoring and capacity management for high availability.

•Ensure 100% Compliance to Capacity Management score & no incidents to be reported owing to Capacity breach.

•Ensure 100% Correct execution of PDC / SOP   100% Ontime Support

•Ensure Resolution of queries in stipulated time

•Vendor Management - Collaborate and achieve better output from all vendors.

•Ensuring all SEBI related communication is factually correct and done in timely fashion

•Follow and comply all compliance and risk management policy for department (Patch management, OS upgrade etc.)(100% incident SLA or No SLA breach for NC closure or 100% compliance score)

•Ensure  Timely completion of audit activities

•Ensuring timely closure of High and Medium IT Security and Risk findings

 


How performance will be measured - 

As per KRA’s. 



You will collaborate with - 

  

•        Internal Stakeholders – All Technology departments

•        External Stakeholders – Technology Vendors etc.



What qualification and experience you will bring - 

 

•B.E, B. Tech, M. Tech

•15+ years’ relevant experience.

•Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

•Proficient oral and written English communication skills.
