Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic AVP Client Servicing to lead key client relationships and drive growth across experiential marketing and corporate event mandates.

This role will be responsible for managing large accounts, leading client servicing teams, driving revenue growth, and ensuring seamless execution of high-impact experiential campaigns and corporate events.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Lead and manage strategic relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior client leadership
  • Understand client business objectives and translate them into impactful experiential solutions

Business Growth & Revenue Ownership

  • Drive account growth and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
  • Support new business development and participate in pitches and proposals
  • Own revenue targets for key accounts and ensure profitability

Project & Campaign Oversight

  • Oversee planning and execution of corporate events, brand activations, conferences, and experiential campaigns
  • Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, Production, and Operations teams to deliver seamless projects
  • Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are maintained

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor Client Servicing teams
  • Ensure strong internal coordination across departments
  • Build a high-performing, client-focused team culture

Strategic Thinking

  • Provide strategic inputs on campaign direction, brand engagement, and experience design
  • Stay updated with industry trends and bring innovative ideas to clients

Required Skills & Experience

  • 12 15 years of experience in experiential marketing / event management / advertising agencies
  • Strong experience in client servicing and account leadership
  • Proven track record of managing large corporate accounts
  • Experience in pitching, business development, and revenue management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment

Preferred Background

  • Experience handling corporate events, brand activations, and experiential campaigns
  • Prior experience in a leading event / experiential / advertising agency
