Matching Criteria:

Essential Qualifications: Chartered Accountant

Desired Qualifications:

Minimum CA with 0-2 years of experience in similar roles

Candidate should have strong financial modelling, analytical and technical skills

Candidate should have good understanding of balance analytical skills and deep market insight.

Performing in-depth client, competitor, industry, market and economy research.

Performing valuation analysis on a wide range of public and private entities within various industries using

globally accepted relevant approaches and theory.

Good command in using MS Office tools

Good team working skills

Ability in working within multidisciplinary and multicultural teams

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Description:

• Provide valuation services required under Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, Income Tax Act etc.
• Provide support for valuation for mergers and acquisitions, fund raising, restructuring
• Provide support in preparing projected cash flow analysis, balance sheet analysis competitor and industry analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically in Excel).
• Perform due diligence, research, analysis and documentation for assignment.
