Role Summary

We are looking for an FP&A professional (Assistant Manager level) to own budgeting, long-range planning, forecasting, project costing, and finance process improvements. The role will also support cost recovery for cost-plus margin projects and assist with select accounting and audit coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead theannual budgetingprocess and partner with stakeholders to build accurate plans
• Build and maintain3/5-year financial planswith assumptions, scenarios, and sensitivity analysis
• Drivequarterly roll-forward forecastsand deliver variance insights and recommendations
• Create amonthly reimbursement sheetto collect amounts fromIIM Bangalorefor cost-plus margin projects, with complete supporting documentation
• Supportproject/new business costing, pricing, margin and ROI analysis
• Handlebasic monthly accounting support(as required) andaudit supervision/coordination
• Drivefinance process and systems transformationautomation, standardization, controls, and improved reporting
• Deliver clear MIS/insights with strongbusiness communication and articulation

What Were Looking For

Must-Have:

• 58 years experience inFP&A / Budgeting / Forecasting / Financial modelling
• Strong working knowledge ofcosting, unit economics, and variance analysis
• StrongExcel/Google Sheetsskills (pivots, lookups, SUMIFS, modelling)
• Exposure tomonthly close basicsandaudit coordination
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Good to Have:

• Experience inproject-based / services / cost-plus models
• Process improvement / automation exposure; BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker Studio) is a plus
• Exposure to EdTech / digital learning businesses
