About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Associate Site Merchandiser (ASM) to support business growth through data-driven insights and strong program execution. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of data analysis, strong Excel capabilities, and prior program management experience. Experience working at Amazon will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using advanced Excel
• Support program planning, execution, and tracking of key initiatives
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of programs
• Monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations
• Drive operational efficiency through structured processes and reporting

Key Qualifications:

• Basic to strong knowledge of data analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, reporting)
• Experience in program management or project coordination
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualification:

• Prior experience working at Amazon
• Exposure to e-commerce or online marketplace operations
