Job Description

• Associates/Senior Associates will work with team members to develop research inputs for the client (political party). Research Associates are required to conduct in-depth research, analyze data, and provide strategic insights.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of political trends, governance issues, and public sentiment analysis.
• While this is an interesting proposition and comes with enormous exposure, it also raises expectations on the maintenance of confidentiality, display of exemplary client management skills, and, most importantly, on performance.
• Teams provide insights to stakeholders into the political landscape and progress through continuous reporting and analysis. The job often requires late evening and weekend work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on political, electoral, and governance trends.
• Analyze public opinion, electoral data, and policy impacts to generate actionable insights.
• Monitor social media, news, and policy developments to track political narratives and public discourse.
• Prepare research reports, white papers, and briefing notes for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Work on opposition research and comparative political analysis.
• Visualize trends through infographics, dashboards, and presentations.
• Support speechwriting, talking pointers for PCs, campaign strategy, and the like with research-backed content.

Position Requirements:

• Self-driven and detail-oriented professionals with a clear understanding of consulting-style work environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for working with internal teams and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple assignments, and meet tight deadlines. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and demanding work setting.

Desired Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum degree from a Tier 1/Tier 2 academic institution.
• Strong reading and writing proficiency in both Hindi and English.
• 1-3 years of experience in Political consulting, Journalism, law firms, economic institutions, or similar experience is an added advantage.
