Associate

PRPV Legal is a Bengaluru-based full-service law firm with a strong focus on Intellectual Property Rights and Commercial litigation. The firm advises and represents clients in complex IP disputes, including trademark, copyright, design, and patent and other commercial matters before various Courts.

The Litigation Associate will be involved in end-to-end handling of intellectual property disputes and other commercial litigation, including:

• Drafting pleadings, applications, rejoinders, affidavits, and legal notices
• Appearing before District Courts, Commercial Courts, High Court of Karnataka, and other forums
• Preparing case briefs, strategy notes, and briefing senior counsel
• Handling filings, procedural compliances, and coordination with court registries
• Interacting with clients and providing updates on litigation progress

• LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized university
• 1 - 3 years of post-qualification experience in litigation, preferably in IP Litigation
• Strong drafting and research skills, particularly in IP laws
• Familiarity with Court procedures
• Bengaluru-based candidates only

This position is open only to candidates with prior litigation experience before Bengaluru Courts.
