Associate Product Manager

Role: Product Associate (12 years experience)

Location: Remote / Hybrid (flexible) | Type: Full-time

If youre an eager self-starter who enjoys owning problems end-to-end and learning fast, this could be a great fit. Youll work closely with me and our engineering/design team to build game-changing AI healthtech software that improves how care is delivered.

What youll do

• Drive product execution from idea PRD/user stories release
• Talk to users (care teams, operators, families), synthesize insights, and define requirements
• Coordinate with engineering/design to ship high-quality features
• Write clear specs, acceptance criteria, and release notes
• Track product metrics and run lightweight experiments to improve outcomes
• Keep a tight feedback loop with customers and internal stakeholders

What were looking for

• 12 years experience in product, product ops, consulting, startup ops, or similar
• Strong ownership mindset: proactive, independent, gets things done
• Excellent written + verbal communication (you can simplify complexity)
• Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-moving startup environment
• Bonus: experience with AI products, healthcare workflows, B2B SaaS, or user research
