WHAT YOU’LL DO AT ATHER: Build commercially successful products aligned with Ather’s Vision

1. Understand commercial & socio-economic trends & Ather’s business imperatives.

2. Build a product vision in context of changing Market scenario, Ather’s Business Expectation, Tech capability and Product Strategy.

3. Sell the business case & product vision to internal stakeholders.

4. Translate the vision into a crystal clear product definition with the help of stakeholders.

5. Define the products that solve for the future needs.

6. Build a business case around the product.

7. Prove the viability of the business case through Product POC and consumer research.

8. Lead the Product Development in the POC stage till the Product can be completely owned by Product Owner.

HERE’S WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience of having solved hard problems statements in Product.Development or Marketing or Product Management.

• Background in consumer research would be a bonus.

• Total Experience of 4-6 years.

• B’Tech / M’Tech / MBA.

YOU BRING TO ATHER: 

• Deep understanding of consumer psychology and emotional products. It’d be a bonus to have these skill sets in the automotive domain.

• Ability to understand markets, and product segments and create a vision for their evolution.

• Ability to Independently Solve highly Complex and Large Scale problems.

• Ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

• Ability to effectively communicate with a broad range of audiences.

• Strategic Thinking & Planning.

• Ability to influence without authority.

• Your unique experience that adds to or complements the expertise present at Ather.
