Associate - Private Credit & Real Estate

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting a global investment bank towards maintenance of leveraged private equity funds
• Fixed Income Research - Rich Experience in credit research, including debt analysis, covenant monitoring, cash flow conversion, etc.
• Borrowing base reports Preparation of Borrowing Base reports as per the credit agreement, on account of compliance of the credit facilities
• Supporting the bank in other Ad hoc activities like capital calls, Upsize/Downsize of credit facility and documentation involved in taking up a new credit facility in maintaining the daily requirements
• Maintaining the PE funds Investor' status of default and delinquency through preparation of the delinquency report
• Regular interaction with bank's clients and supporting them by catering to their other ad-hoc requests
• Provide support in closing out a credit facility - be it a RCF or ABL
• Involved in day to day role of Credit Facility Management

Key Competencies

• CFA/ MBA in Strategy, Finance, Operations or Economics
• 3-6 years of experience in strategy research and analysis, preferably across industries
• At least 1-2 years of experience in managing a team, as well as, directly communicating with clients. Experience in managing client communications solo will be considered an added advantage
• Experience in handling projects independently
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills, as evidenced by extensive experience in utilizing those skills in research and consulting environment. Adept at synthesizing information to generate insights
