Job Purpose To support the execution of commercial and cargo sales strategies within specified domestic regions, aiming to maximize revenue growth and ensure market competitiveness.To assist in the management of all domestic sales functions, ensuring alignment with Air India's commercial objectives and operational standards within domestic markets.
Key accountabilities Support in Sales Strategy Execution Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive sales strategies across domestic markets to drive revenue growth. Client Relationship Support Support in building and maintaining strong relationships with key domestic clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty within the regions.. Performance Monitoring Assistance Help measure and analyze domestic sales performance according to established KPIs, providing regular reports and strategic feedback to enhance sales effectiveness. Market Analysis Support Conduct thorough market research to identify growth opportunities and understand competitor strategies in domestic regions. Administrative and Operational Support Assist with the administrative tasks related to domestic sales, including preparing documentation, handling correspondence, and coordinating meetings.

Educational and Experience RequirementsMinimum Education requirements BA/BS degree in Business, Economics, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or other relevant fields.
ExperienceMinimumDesired 2-3 years of sales experience, ideally within the cargo or airline industry, specifically focusing on domestic markets.3+ years of experience with comprehensive knowledge of domestic cargo sales operations and client management, with proven ability to support complex sales processes and team coordination.
