The Opportunity

We are hiring a full-time Associate (Litigation and Arbitration) with 1-3 years of experience to join our Delhi office on an URGENT BASIS . This is an on-site role offering meaningful exposure to high-stakes commercial and corporate disputes across forums.

What Youll Do

Draft pleadings, petitions, applications, and supporting affidavits with precision and legal clarity

Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on complex commercial, corporate, and arbitration matters

Prepare case strategies and assist in developing legal arguments

Attend court hearings, manage filings, and engage directly with courts and tribunals

Support arbitration proceedings

Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management

Collaborate with senior advocates and counsel on complex matters

What Were Looking For

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from a recognized institution;

Strong foundational knowledge of commercial, corporate, and arbitration law

Demonstrated experience in drafting pleadings

Proficiency in legal research and analysis

Familiarity with court procedures

Excellent written and oral communication skillsclarity and precision are non-negotiable

Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced legal environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Post-qualification experience in commercial litigation or arbitration

Candidates with an LLM and/or dual qualification will be given strong preference.

Familiarity with arbitration rules (ICC, LCIA, SIAC, or similar)
