Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Associate Graphic Designer with at least 3 months of hands-on experience in designing social media creatives. The ideal candidate should be skilled in Canva and Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop , with bonus points for basic video editing capabilities. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to deliver high-quality, engaging designs aligned with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing social media posts , banners, ads, and digital creatives.
• Work on Canva and Adobe Illustrator to produce high-quality design outputs.
• Assist with basic video editing for reels, short-form content, and promotional clips (bonus).
• Support the marketing team with design adaptations, resizing creatives, and creating campaign assets.
• Ensure consistency in brand aesthetics across all platforms.
• Collaborate with content writers and marketers to understand design requirements.
• Stay updated with current design and digital trends.
• Manage multiple design requests and deliver within timelines.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 3 months of experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop .
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar) preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of typography, colors, and layout principles.
• Ability to translate ideas into compelling visual content.
• Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Portfolio showcasing social media designs (mandatory).

Bonus Skills

• Ability to edit short videos/reels.
• Motion graphics knowledge
