Job description:

Must Have Technical Skills:
Total experience of 14+ years
Minimum 10 years of experience in support of Ping Federate using SAML, OAuth/OIDC
Minimum 8 years of Level 3 support of Administrating PING Federation and supporting Single Sign-On (SSO) infrastructure, analyzing issue related to SSO and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Strong knowledge of Access Reviews and certifications in Cyberark.
Good understanding of Ping Federation, Ping Access and Ping Directory and provide L3 support services
Hands-on experience on Ping Federate/Ping Access installation and configuration
Hands-on experience on onboarding applications on Ping Federate using SAML, OAuth/OIDC protocols
Responding to incidents generated by monitoring alerts, incidents and emails that have been escalated.
Hands-on experience on configuring Data Store and implementation of authentication policies, adapters, PCVs, access token manager, mappings and OIDC policy
Knowledge on REST APIs, XML/JSON
Experience working on Linux based Infrastructure
Programming skills (JAVA)

• Security policy analysis & fine tuning, participate in cyber security review calls on change requests & recommendation on policy changes.
• Investigate security incidents, Help L3 team in RCA, and working with teams for all the ongoing issues.
• Implement changes, Monitors security device performance and implements performance tuning when necessary.
• Knowledge Transfer/Trainings Create configuration documents, test plan, operational manuals and provide operational training to L1 team.
• Understand the security environment and respective product, Configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting network security solutions and related monitoring tools
