Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Architect with 9 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in React JS and Node JS and it is a plus if they have experience in Life and Annuities Insurance. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of scalable web applications using React JS and Node JS.
  • Oversee the implementation of best practices in coding and architecture.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
  • Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of the application.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience in React JS and Node JS.
  • Should have a solid understanding of web development principles.
  • Must possess excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Should have experience in agile development methodologies.
  • Nice to have experience in Life and Annuities Insurance domain.
  • Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Should be able to work independently and as part of a team.

    Certified React Developer Certified Node.js Developer
