Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Test Analyst with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in WebServices Testing Test Metrics and Reporting SNOW Testing Tools and Frameworks Manual E2E BPA Rally HP ALM Jira and Basic Programming. Experience in Commercial Lending Cards & Payments is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive WebServices Testing to ensure the functionality and performance of web services.Develop and maintain Test Metrics and Reporting to track testing progress and outcomes.Utilize SNOW for managing incidents and changes related to testing activities.Implement and use various Testing Tools and Frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.Perform Manual E2E BPA to validate business processes from end to end.Collaborate with team members using Rally to manage and track testing tasks and progress.Leverage HP ALM for test management including planning execution and defect tracking.Use Jira for issue tracking and project management to ensure smooth testing workflows.Apply Basic Programming skills to create and execute test scripts and automate testing processes.Ensure all testing activities comply with established standards and guidelines.Provide detailed test reports and documentation to stakeholders.Identify and report defects and work with development teams to resolve them.Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in WebServices Testing and Test Metrics and Reporting.Have experience with SNOW Testing Tools and Frameworks and Manual E2E BPA.Be proficient in using Rally HP ALM and Jira for test management and issue tracking.Demonstrate Basic Programming skills for test automation and scripting.Nice to have experience in Commercial Lending and Cards & Payments domains.Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Show strong communication and collaboration abilities.Be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.Have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing testing challenges.Be committed to continuous learning and improvement in testing practices.Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Be adaptable to changing project requirements and priorities.
