Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Playwright and MSCRM Testing with a strong understanding of analytics. This role requires working from the office during day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.
Responsibilities
Lead the testing efforts for various projects ensuring high-quality deliverables.Oversee the creation and execution of test plans and test cases.Provide expertise in Playwright and MSCRM Testing to the team.Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and design test strategies.Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects and ensure software quality.Monitor and report on test progress defects and overall quality metrics.Ensure that all testing activities are completed on time and within budget.Develop and maintain test automation scripts using Playwright.Conduct root cause analysis of defects and work with the development team to resolve issues.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.Mentor and guide junior testers providing technical support and training.Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in Playwright and MSCRM Testing.Have a good understanding of analytics and its application in testing.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.Show proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks.Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.Be able to work independently and as part of a team.Display a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.Hold a relevant certification in software testing or quality assurance.Show experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Have a strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.Be familiar with industry standards and best practices in software testing.
